I designed 10 custom wall papers for a group of interior designers for a big party. Every year five interior design professional organizations in NYC host the fabulous Summer Social for their members.
I didn’t yet have the WOWpapers website, was not yet in business to sell papers, didn’t have a logo yet – but thankfully I was asked to decorate the party space with my papers in the peel-and-stick finish.
I sat in on the meetings and came up with custom patterns for the 1969 theme. Installed the day of the party and removed the next morning. EASY.
The patterns are now available for purchase and they’re some of my favorite designs. (You can see I mixed the print scales on the larger columns.)
Thank you so much to my friend in the fuschia shoes, Kent Brasloff, for bringing me into the project.
